Receiving Error Message: No Items Found When Searching For A Contact Using MS Outlook XP

Note: This error may occur when a search is conducted in the Address Book based on a name defined in the Display as field.

  1. Do a new search by looking or typing the contact in the Type a contact to find field near the Address Book icon on the Standard toolbar.
  2. Then, press ENTER key.
