How To Create A Single Envelope In MS Word XP

  1. From the Tools menu, select Letters and Mailings and then click Envelopes and Labels.
  2. Select the Envelopes tab.
  3. Under Delivery address, type or modify the mailing address.
  4. In the Return address box, type or modify the return address. Note: To remove the return address, click the Omit check box.
  5. Click Print. Note: To attach the envelope to the current document for later editing or printing, click Add to Document.
