Receiving Error Message: The Document Name Or Path Is Not Valid When Using MS Word XP

- From the File menu, click Open.
- Click the Tools button, and then choose Search.
- Type the file to look for in the Search text field.
- Check the places to search for in the Search in field.
- In the Results should be field, uncheck all items except Word Files.
- Click Go.
- Select the file in the Results field and then click OK.
- Click Open.
- If the file is not found, make sure it has not been renamed or deleted. Also, check the file permissions for the document or drive.
