@Ranjan Das – Although the Easy Transfer Wizard, and even a program like PCmover, can be used to transfer programs and settings, drivers are really system specific.
So XP drivers will generally need to be installed and can not be easily moved. If you have the same laptop models, you can of course copy the driver install files.
I like use programs like driver finder, since you get the right drivers and the latest ones.
