How to Mark Comments in an Email Message in MS Word XP
If you reply to e-mails you sometimes want to add comments to the original e-mail. Especially if the original e-mail is long, you do not want to retype parts of that e-mail. But for easy of reading, the recipient should be able to see what you commented. When using MS Word as your e-mail editor, you can configure Word to mark your comments with your name or some other markup.
