Go to the Tools menu and then select the Internet Options.
Select the Content tab.
Look for the Content Advisor section, click Settings button. Note: If the Settings button is dimmed, you must first create a supervisor password. In the Supervisor Password Required dialog box, type the password and click the OK button.
Click the General tab.
Look for the User options, check the Users can see sites that have no rating box and the Supervisor can type a password to allow users to view restricted content box, then click the OK button to exit the Content Advisor dialog box.
