How To Copy Formats To Other Cells In MS Excel XP
- Click a cell or a range of cells whose formatting is to be copied.
- Click the Edit menu and then select Copy option.
- Choose the cell or range of cells to paste the formatting on.
- Click the Edit menu and then click Paste Special option.
- Look for Paste, and click Formats.
- Click the OK button.
