How to Filter For the Smallest or Largest Number in MS Excel XP

- Select any cell in the list to be filtered.
- Go to Data menu, select the option Filter, and then click the option AutoFilter.
- Click the down arrow in the column that contains the list, and then select (Top 10) option.
- In the left box, select Top or Bottom options.
- In the middle box, enter a number or use the arrows for the number.
- In the right box, select Items option.
- Click the OK button.
