How to Prevent Autoarchive from Running on One Folder in MS Outlook XP
To prevent autoarchive from running on a folder in MS Outlook XP:
- Right-click the desired folder in Outlook and then click the Properties option.
- Choose the AutoArchive tab.
- Select Do not archive items in this folder option.
- Click OK button.
Next time Outlook will run the autoarchive process, the selected folders will no longer be considered in the autoarchive process. All folder content will remain as is.
