- To show or hide the Bcc field when using Outlook as the e mail editor.
- Click Bcc Field from the View menu to show this field.
- To hide this field, clear Bcc Field from the View menu.
- To show or hide the Bcc field when using Word as the e mail editor.
- Use the down arrow next to the Options button and then click Bcc to show this field.
- Use the down arrow next to the Options button and then clear Bcc to hide this field
