To Specify Where New Messages Should Be Sent In MS Outlook XP:
- Click Tools menu, and then click E-mail Accounts option.
- Click the option View or change existing e-mail accounts under E-mail and then click Next.
- Click the down arrow of Deliver new e-mail to the following location to show list and then select the desired location.
- Click the Finish button.
Restart Outlook XP for the canges to take effect.
