How to Use the Bcc Field in MS Outlook XP
- Use Bcc field (blind carbon copy) to send a message to somebody without that recipient’s name appearing for other recipients to see.
- After creating the message to be sent, click the To field.
- Select the desired recipient from the list and then click the Bcc button.
- Click the OK button.
