If Adobe Photoshop CS2 Freezes When a Menu Item Is Selected After Startup
- Change your keyboard setting to EN English (United Kingdom).
- Go to the Windows Start menu and choose the Control Panel option.
- Double-click Regional and Language Options.
- Click the Languages tab.
- Click the Details button.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Select the English UK as your Default Input Language.
