If Adobe Photoshop CS2 Freezes When You Try To Close the Application
Note: This problem may occur if you have Norton Anti-Virus software running on your computer.
- Temporarily disable Norton Internet Security Suite.
- Look for the Symantec software icon on your Windows taskbar, right-click the icon and choose the option Disable Internet Security.
- If disabling this feature enables you to use Adobe Photoshop CS2, seek technical support from Symantec in configuring their firewall software.
Note: Disabling this feature may leave your computer vulnerable to malware.
