Quit any application that you are using to clean the Windows registry. This utility may be removing the data that Adobe Photoshop CS2 needs to verify your account.
Uninstall the Adobe Photoshop CS2.
Install the Adobe Photoshop CS2 again.
Reboot your computer and try using Adobe Photoshop CS2 again.
