Go to the Tools menu and then choose the Internet Options.
Select the Accessibility button.
Look for the User style sheet section, check the option, Format documents using my style sheet box.
In the Style sheet box, enter the full path and filename of the style sheet to be used or click the Browse button. Note: Style sheets have the .css file extension.
Click the OK button to exit the Accessibility dialog box.
