How to add or delete an item in a form’s drop-down list in MS Word XP
- Right-click the control, and then choose Properties in the shortcut menu.
- Under the Drop-down item field, type the list item to be added.
- Click Add.
- To remove a list item, select an item in the Items in drop-down list field, and then click Remove.
- Click OK.
