- Open the template containing the form to be automated.
- Create the macros to be used and store them in the form template, or copy macros from another template.
- Right-click the form field that will use the macro, and then choose Properties.
- To execute the macro when the insertion point enters the form field, select the macro in the Entry box.
- To execute the macro when the insertion point exits the form field, select the macro in the Exit box.
- Click OK.
