How to Create a Flowchart in MS Word XP

- On the Drawing toolbar, select AutoShapes, click Flowchart and then select the desired shape.
- In the document, click where the shape should be placed. Repeat to add more shapes.
- On the Drawing toolbar, select AutoShapes, click Connectors, and then select the desired connector line.
- Click from one shape to another to connect them with connector lines.
- To add text to shapes, right-click a shape and then click Add Text.
- Type the desired text.
