- Select the text or graphic to display as the hyperlink.
- From the Insert menu, click Hyperlink.
- Under Link To, click Existing File or Web Page.
- Locate and select the document or Web page to link to.
- To go to a specific section in a target document containing bookmarks, click Bookmark. Select the desired bookmark and then click OK.
- For Web pages, the Internet address can be directly typed in the Address field.
- Click OK.
