How to Create a Macro by Recording Steps In MS Word XP
- From the Tools menu, choose Record New Macro.
- In the Macro name field, type a name for the macro.
- In the Store macro in field, click the drop-down list and select the document or template to store the macro in.
- Click OK.
- Perform the actions to be recorded in the macro.
- To stop recording, click the Stop Recording button on the Stop Recording toolbar.
