How to Create Custom File Properties Linked To Items in the Document in MS Word XP
- From the File menu, click Properties.
- Select the Custom tab.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the custom property.
- Click the Link To Content check box, and then select the bookmark in the drop-down list.
- Click OK.
Note: This option is not available if the document does not contain a bookmark to select.
