From the Tools menu, select Letters and Mailings, and then click Envelopes and Labels.
Select the Labels tab.
In the Address field provided, type or edit the address. To use the default return address, click Use return address.
Under Print, click Full page of the same label to print the same address on a sheet of labels. Note: To print a single label, click Single label and specify the row and column of the single label to be printed.
