- From the Tools menu, click Letters and Mailings, and then click Envelopes and Labels.
- Select the Envelopes tab.
- Click Options, and then select the Envelope Options tab.
- Under Envelope size, click the drop-down list and choose the appropriate envelope size.
- Click OK.
- Click Close.
