How to Edit Text in Print Preview in MS Word XP
- From the File menu, click Print Preview.
- Click the text to be edited to zoom in that area.
- Click the Magnifier button on the toolbar. The mouse pointer turns to a text cursor.
- Edit the text as desired.
- To return to the original magnification, click the Magnifier button again.
- Click Close.
