How to Hide the Page Number on the First Page of a Document in MS Word XP
- If the document is divided into sections, click in a section or select the sections for which you want to hide the page number of the first page.
- From the Insert menu, choose Page Numbers.
- Uncheck the Show number on first page box.
- Click OK.
