How to format all hyperlinks in a document in MS Word XP
- From the Format menu, click Styles and Formatting.
- Under Pick Formatting to Apply, right-click the Hyperlink Style, and then select Modify.
- Under Formatting, modify the current hyperlink formatting style as desired.
- Click OK.
