How to Insert a Drop-Down List in a Form in MS Word XP
- From the View menu, select Toolbars, and then click Forms.
- Place the cursor where the drop-down list should appear.
- Click the Drop-Down Form Field button in the Forms toolbar.
- To set the properties of the control, right-click the control, and then choose Properties in the shortcut menu.
- Type the drop-down items for the field and then click Add.
- Click OK.
