How to Modify a Letter Using the Letter Wizard in MS Word XP
- Open the letter to be modified.
- Go to Tools menu, click Letters and Mailings option and then select Letter Wizard.
- Select the tabs to display the options for different letter settings and elements and then modify the options as desired.
- Click OK button.
