How to Print Data from a Form in MS Word XP
- Open the document containing the data to be printed.
- From the Tools menu, click Options.
- Select the Print tab.
- Under Options for current document only, check Print data only for forms.
- Click OK.
- From the File menu, choose Print.
- Click OK.
