Page margins are only available in documents saved in the MS Word document (.doc) format. Saving Web pages back to the Microsoft Word document format will preserve the original page margins.
With Print Layout view, the top and bottom margins may not be visible if the White space between pages option is not selected.
From the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the View tab.
Look for Print and Web Layout options, click White space between pages option.
Click OK button.
With Normal view, the margins may not be visible if the Wrap to window option is selected.
This can be addressed using LongPathTool.
