Speed Up Folders with Video Files
The Windows explorer in Windows XP has a lot of functionality which is provided by other system software. Video files are supported by the Windows Media Player, so the Windows Explorer uses part of that functionality when you browse video files. Disabling this integration can speed up you PC browsing.
