Increase the Virtual Memory in Windows XP
Although computer memory (RAM) is getting cheaper and cheaper, there will be a limit to the physical memory in a PC. If more memory is needed, Windows XP uses the paging file for virtual memory. In case the paging file is not sufficient, you might get memory errors. Increasing the size of the paging file can help.
