How to Apply an Expiration Date to a Message in MS Outlook XP
If you are sending e-mails with time sensitive information, you normally think of putting a priority flag on the message. But you can also let the recipient know when the content of the message is no longer valid by putting an expiration date on the message. This will automatically inform the recipient of the time sensitivity of the message content and prevent reactions after the expiration date.
