How to Access Local Users and Groups in MS Windows XP Professional.

Go to the Windows Start menu, select the Control Panel option, and then double-click the Administrative Tools icon.
Double-click the Computer Management icon.
Select the option, Local Users and Groups.
- Click Users to preview a list of authorized users on the network.
- Click Groups to preview a list of authorized users on the network.
Go to the File menu, click the Exit button to close the Computer Management window.
